How do I activate my account?

  1. We’ll send an email with verification code to your registered email account

  2. Enter the verification code to verify your email account

  3. Register your “Sign-in ID”, “Password”, “Name” and “Company Name” to activate your account

What can I do if I forget my Sign-in ID? Or if I want to change my registered email?

If you do not have any active subscriptions under your account, we’d recommend you to register a new account on the Portal. If you have any problem, please contact us at openapi@livibank.com.
